My first attempt and my first disappointment! Didn't get on with it at all - actually gave up after about 50 pages. Not sure if it was the topic or the writing but was really disappointed as I know others have really enjoyed it. Oh well, I guess if we all liked the same things, life would be very dull and we would have no discussion! Onto the next one - going to try "Memory of Love" next - fingers crossed!
