Don't track your own page views

If we want to get an accurate count of how many people other than blog contributors our viewing our blog, we need to stop tracking our own page views. To do this, go into the control panel--it will be called either 'Design' or 'Dashboard' depending on what version of blogger your browser is using. Go into Stats and select 'Don't count my own page views'. You will need to do this for every browser you use. For example, if you sometimes use Google Chrome, sometimes Firefox, you will need to do it for each. 


If this confuses you, disregard it. We'll just have to bear in mind that the majority of our page views are probably coming from ourselves.
